If I were in a job that labelled me with a percentage of achievement every month I would be running (not walking) to the door to look for another job!!

Doing that as we speak.

its time for me to move on anyway. i been here too long and put up with way too much BS at this place

I could use it, im living on my own raising 2 kids and a husband.

Can't help it but that sounds funny

I am sorry you didn't make it this time. Start asking questions about how it works to get that $50..

You never know, maybe that girl that got it this time had to "do" something for it... You are willing to do that? :innocent:

Maybe that also explains how she ended up with a child

Oh well, always look on the bright side of life ;)

Put some laxatives in her morning coffee for starters. Then when she's taking her every other minute potty break, go run over to her computer, and type the following message to everyone in the department and email from her address:

"Dear Everyone,

I just wanted to share with you that I'm 98% better than you, and since I'm so conceited, I hope none of you ever speak to me again. Now I'm going to take my $50 and treat myself to a well deserved lunch cause someone put ex-lax in my coffee"

Everyone will get a laugh out of it, and think she really wrote it, and you will sit there in your chair and :lol::lol::lol: yourself silly.

I say leave it be, its only $50. Take home some office/art supplies for your daughter to even out the deal

Yes, I know I'm evil.

And don't forget, have a new job lined up.....

I love it, I can't stand anyone who is ego-centric.

I tell you what I'd do. First I'd fix her chair so that when she sits down the height takes her right to the floor. You know what I mean, one of those adjustable height chairs? They go down gently so no damage would be done to her - don't want that. :)

Secondly, if she has a PC, I'd "fix" the brightness/colour/contrast on her screen.

Thirdly, I'd leave strange little things on her desk. Like a leaf one day, a pebble the next, a twig the days after...just so she starts to think "#######??"

Fourth, I'd move things around on her desk. Just little things that she is SURE she left her things somewhere else. Another time I'd start putting desk items on the floor.

Mind games is the key here, make her think she is going mad then, when she isn't looking, you can steal the dinner voucher!

Be stealthy!

You have nothing to complain about.

You got 95%, she got 98% - she beat you fair and square.

"No soup for you, come back one year." :P

Im discussing my job grade from last month where it went un noticed as aposed to hers this month that got rewarded. did they decided to skip a month?

You know, I hate to say it, but you simply can't blame her for it because she actually didn't do anything wrong, she just did her job, same as you did.

However, I might be complaining to whichever f*cktard decided that she got a prize for getting 98% this month when you got 100% for three months and got nothing. That's patently unfair on the part of the company.

Slap her in the head with the excuse that you saw a spider, bug, etc. there that way you don't get fired and/or sued for kicking her #######. I remember another thread where you told us about this woman talking about her kid all the time.
