This is what it says.......

........."The petitioner'sor joint sponsor's current income as reported on Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ Affidavit of Support is sufficient but no evidence has been submitted as proff of the current income. Submit evidence of the sponsor's current income. Evidence includes a letter of employmnet from current employers and should show dates of employment, the nature of the job(s), wages or salary earned, number of hours/weeks worked, and prospects for future employment and advancement. The sponsor should also include pay stubs for the most recent 6 months."

I filed a I-864A, tax return and only 3 pay stubs (I'm paid every 2 weeks)

My husband (the US Citizen) filed tax returns (no pay slips), noted assets with the I-864.

My income has been from the same source for the past year and will continue. It is far in excess of the 125% needed. y husband's employer says the contract of employment will be sufficient, because it has all the necessary details asked for on headed paper and signed by both parties, he has also changed jobs since the application was submitted.

Should we have any concerns? Is my same source income as "household member" sufficient?

I have package ready to go, which includes my letter from employer & 6 moths wage slips all over again, as well as my husband's wage slips and contract from new employer and wages slips.

Please only respond if you have the required kowledge/experience.

We received an RFE saying basically the same. My income was sufficient, but I did not submit any evidence, bla, bla bla. I did submit the evidence with the AOS initially. Who knows what happened to it. I just sent what they requested again with some additional stuff. I have seen others post on VJ about this very same situation.
