03/13/2008 - NOA Notice Date.

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

5/13 - sent K-1 packet to Nebraska

5/18 - forwarded to California

No NOA1 - [remember the printing problems of NOA1's??] -check cashed and last updated 5/23

10/11 - called using the RFE trick. According to Rep, just now assigned

10/11 updated online - at least finally something lol

10/17 - Got a Touch !!!! YEA !!! Maybe they are working on it now!

10/17 - NOA2

11/13 - Received at NVC

11/21 - Left NVC by DHL to Jakarta Indonesia

11/26 - Signed for at the Consulate [used the packet check at DHL.com - thanx to those that posted it]

12/5 - officially received and notified by email that papers are at the Consulate in Jakarta

12/5 - packet#3 also received by email the instructions [for medical & document review] - getting very close now after 7 months!!

RFE 22 Dec 07 - Marty forgot to tick the box saying he had no prior convictions. He ticked the box, and sent it back the same day.

NOA2 18th January 2008!!! Woohoo!!!

Packet 3 received - Feb 7th 2008

Packet 3 returned - Feb 8th 2008

Medical scheduled - Feb 25th 2008 (I could have had it sooner, but I needed time to chase down my immunisation records).

Interview - March 10th 2008 Approved!!!

Received passport with K1 visa - March 12th 2008

POE JFK - April 12th 2008

May 31st - Got married!
