I filled I-134 for my younger brother at 2000 visit to US. He already went back to China.

Should I still mention this here? Some people said I only need mention the affidavits in past 3 years.

The question doesn't mention any period of time. List any you've previously submitted. "None" is your only other choice and would be untruthful. Never lie to a US Government agency in the visa process.

Nobody want to lie.

The problem is I really don't remember the exactly date of it. It's in the spring or summer of 2000. I don't know if I just mention it as 2000 is fine. That's why some people advised me to fill it as "none in past 5 years". But I am not sure if it is good.

So, you think just fill "2000" as the submitted date is better, right?

Thanks.

Yes, do the best you can on the date. The name and year will allow them to look it up. Anybody who advised you to answer "none in past 5 years" is not to be listened to anymore, IMO.
