i found some single serving microwave popcorn at Walmart once... it is good because I will sit and eat a whole bag of the regular size... the mini bags prevent me from eating too much

Another reason why I don't eat microwave popcorn! Pop it the old fashioned way and put your own REAL ingredients on it! You control the oil, butter, and salt proportions! AND... FAR more tasty than all those pre-packaged product!

I'm glad I only buy corn and pop my own popcorn, don't eat microwave popcorn.

oh yeah good popcorn old style. I used to do using no oil at all. And when I was a kid we used to make sweet, with Karo, yummy.

I'm not a popcorn person, I eat occasionally when someone is eatting close to me and they offer, and I'm in a place I have access to floss but it's not something that I buy or have to have when I go to the movies or watch movies at home.

Well there's this one member whose name contains the words "evil" and "vile".

Any popper that stirs the popcorn automatically is nice. But I still have no problem just shaking a pot of corn on the stove top.

Place a iittle oil in the bottom of a pot and get it heated on medium. Place a single kernel of yellow popcorn (my preference) in the pot, when it pops, add a small scoop. When corn starts to pop shake that pot back and forth to prevent the corn from burning. Wait until you don't hear a pop for about ten seconds remove from heat. Wait for the popping to stop, put all in a really big plastic bag, then drizzle in real melted butter and add some sea salt. Blow up the bag and shake like crazy to evenly coat. Pour into some bowls and enjoy a Friday movie night with the family. Still the best and most tasty popcorn I've ever eaten!
