My friend is a K1 applicant. She is from Mindanao. She already knew her medical and interview schedule through the US embassy Manila site. But the problem is she haven't received her packet yet and she found out that it was returned to sender. What do you think the best thing she can do? Thanks in advance.

Call the consulate and ask them to forward a copy of the appointment letter/packet to SLEC

Take a copy of the NOA2 to SLEC on or before the appointment day and have the medical and pick up the appointment letter

Call the embassy and go to extension 5184, that lady there was wonderful.
