Thank you everyone, we have talked with a couple of them and have decided to do it our selves. Now our concern is our daughter. Should we just apply for the dual-citizenship or would it be easier to include her in the k-1? Or do we have to do both? She has been in her daddy’s care since I left Ontario in October after I gave birth. I have visited once since, and he has visited once since.

There are significant advantages to having US Citizenship. Since your daughter qualifies, I would definitely get her citizenship papers and US passport, even if you didn't plan to live in the US. Since you do, it's a no brainer.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
