Is it normal to have an appointment this early? St. Louis is like almost 4 hours drive away from us and my husband thinks it's too early. Does anybody here from St. Louis knows a closest hotel, motel, inn, etc to USCIS St. Louis office? We're thinking about traveling the night before my biometrics and then stay in a motel or whatever's close to their office.

Our Biometrics was at 8:00 AM too, so I would say it is normal. :yes:

Mine was at 8 too! Luckily I only had to drive 15 minutes but you guys might want to drive the night before and stay over!

Yup, and I thought about rescheduling it but I also thought it would further delay the processing of my AOS so my husband advised me not to. He said if it's what's needed, then so be it.

It's normal.

I already did use mapquest. I got the direction to go there but didn't find a cheaper place to stay for the night. Oh well... We'll just figure it out when it's time.

Well, lucky you! :thumbs: Anyway, that's one of our plans. We'll hit the road the day before the appointment and then look for the USCIS office and then find a closest hotel to stay for a night so that it won't be too hard to get up and ready in the morning.
