Hi everyone, happy hump day!

The strangest thing happened this morning--I emailed Cairo embassy and they replied within 2 hours and gave me our interview date for SEPTEMBER 12!

I'm going to throw up, I can't get a hold of Ramy to tell him, which figures...omgggg I'm really freaking out!!!

how is everyone else this hump day?? i am recouping. im about 80% myself...getting there....tomorrow is the last day for antibiotics so hopefully ill get out of this funk. i really hate pills.

maybe they're all back from their vacation since they only took a day to respond to my email too!!!

Today was the first day of school for my girls, both pivotal ones too. Oldest started middle school and youngest started the last year of grammar school.

He's prepared, but I'm not! hahaha. We haven't even started remodeling the basement (it's a walkout that used to be an apartment but now it's mold infested), we were going to start this week, but I highly doubt it's going to be done by the time he gets here now! (soooooo.....he'll just have to help finish it, and if he doesn't know how to put up drywall, well he will by the time he's done! hahaha)

Good luck to your girls! My old elementary school is empty--they built a new school and it just opened. I went last week with a friend of mine to check out their open house but it was sooooo strange...they're turning our old school into the town hall but right now it's empty and vines are crawling up the sides.

Well I broke down and called DOS just now. Case is still in Cairo. Over a month and hasn't been sent to DOS and Cairo says we're just in Administrative Processing.

Black hole is quite the appropriate adjective for where we stand right now. Would it kill them to tell us ####### is the deal?

Happy Wednsday everyone! Today I start back to work after the long weekend. I was at my camper and working on my screened in deck. Cuting wood, hammering stapeling up and down ladders. Oh my body dont want to move today The two muscle relaxers I took last night didn't help at all. Hope everyone has a great day

My surgery got moved to next Tues, so I get to go to the fair this weekend as originally planned. I had shown Omar pics of it on the net last year and he said..oh I want to go there once a month. I said, it only comes once a year so you'll have to wait. Now he is here to experience it and I am sooooo happy. I love the fair. Krusty Pups yummy
