Hi Dear Loving VJers,

I have a Question for My Friend, Who came to US On B1 visa and married US citizen in 2004 and he/she Never Applied for I 129 because of custody battle with his earlier wife which is Now Clear and He got the Total Control Over the Kids .The kids are aged 12 and 8 and living with father in Kenya.Now he wanted to file k3 visa.I told him he need to file I130 along with I129f of course I325A for Both.and the fee for whole is $355.Correct me if i waswrong..as i am Not sure if he needed separate filing for each of KId ?
