What docs do you need to bring to the Medical Examination?

Hello,

I have a friend who resides in Jamaica, she is the beneficiary, and her interview at the Kingston Embassy is Sept 21st of this mth. She wants to know what are all the necessary documents she needs to bring to the Medical Examination and also what size photos does she need to bring. Is it the passport size or Visa size? I'm in the same process of petition for my husband but I haven't reached this far, as my time line shows, so I do not know. Could anyone pls give me some advice on this matter as her appt is near.

Did she not receive a set of instructions from the Embassy.

In London I just had the photos done to US passport size and that was acceptable for the doctor for the one they wanted there. Apart from a history of inoculations that is all I can remember taking, but then London might not be the same as Jamaica.

She should call the Embassy for specifics. For sure, 3 photographs 2x2 inches (look up photo requirements) and her vaccination records. Again, the Embassy is the best source of information.

Yep, definitely US passport size, but not necessarily three. Only one is needed in London, so Jamaica could be different as well.

Depending on where she is located in Jamaica, she may not have received packet 4 from the Embassy, as Jamaica just had a hurricane (about 3 weeks ago) and parts of the island was severly damaged. It's pretty difficult to get through to Embassy personnel by phone.

in total I think u will need about 6-8 pics, the medical u need 4 i think and the interview u need 2 and 2 for the police records...
