That is heresay but who knows what the CO can decide to do. If you can honestly tell the CO that you have never used drugs it is a good thing for you. The only advise I can give is to not lie. Good luck

would they read the court decision? i mean the whole story?

i saw in previous thread of interview experiences, the CO usually asks the beneficiary (who has previous marriage/child) what happens to the previous relationship.

If you will just say "things didnt work out"..that would be fine & safe for you..

But, what if, the CO asks further about your annulment paper? & CO double checked it?

I pressume, CO is very aware where in the part of the annulment paper is the "REASON".

We dont know what the CO will "EXACTLY" do in each applicant's interview..it varies in each situation, depends on the flow of their mood.

The way I see it CO tries to ask certain question in particular with the applicants situation/status. though common questions being asked are very easy to deal with & thats what we've seen in the other posts.

So,its still better if you will consult a lawyer with this..Try to inquire..not really set for an appointment because that will cost you..contact the lawyer who handled your case.MAybe, he can provide you certain document to support the annulmennt paper..

just a thought..

I know what you mean when all the information, reasons and causes of the breakup of the marriage could be enlisted in details on the Decision document. Can't really say much to help you or to advice you, but to discuss and think about it real carefully before submitting the document, especially if the term "drugs" can originate webs of questions or scrutiny from the interviewer at USEM. This may raise RED flag with them.

I just have a question on this....

How can they be able to change whats on the DECISION if it has already been finalized by the court? There's no way to ammend this at all. If there is, that will be a fraudulent act since USEM has direct affiliation with these local and national offices in the entire Philippines that can verify the legality and the authenticity of all the documents.

I could be wrong, but I hope everything will turn out well.

Are you sure K3 visa will not require the annulment papers?

They are requesting for CR1/ IR1, and for sure they will ask for K3 as well, to verify that the contracted marriage was valid, and no marriage pre-exist from either party. In fact, the question of how many times you were married before the current was asked not just once on immigrations forms (I-130, DS230). With that being said, in order for them be re-assured your marriage is bonafide and legit, part of the Immigration Visa requirement was Annulment documents. Can someone please confirm? Thanks.
