So I've read that the terminal fee costs Php750 and the exit fee costs P1620.

On my E-Ticket, there were two taxes included and that P1260 is one of them. My baby made the reservation in the USA but I paid and got the E-ticket here in PH. Do I still have to pay that exit fee at the airport?

Please help! Thank you.

Julie

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.

There is no exit fee. The term used is Philippine travel tax. You only need to pay the terminal fee of P750 if you paid P1620 when you picked up the ticket.

You said you only paid P1260 (not P1620) for taxes? That could be for the US taxes and not the fee for travel tax. Better to bring extra P1,620 just in case. You can pay travel tax in US dollars too.

Hi sis! Hubby bought also my ticket online (thru www.travelph.com) and had the e-ticket emailed to me. Before leaving Cebu, I prepared Php750 and Php 1620 for terminal fee and Phil. travel tax respectively. I was not told to pay for the travel tax. Hence, I went to the nearby bank oultlet before going thru the immigration check and have my pesos left converted to dollars.

so exicted for both of you....

Mwaaah,

Marie

Since you paid for the e-ticket in the Philippines and the travel tax is already included, no need to pay for an additional p1620 at the PTA Counter at the NAIA, you already paid for it. All you will need is the p750 (for the security and terminal fee). Have a safe trip!

No, you just need to pay the terminal fee.

Take an extra P750 just for insurance!

First time I flew out of Manila I didn't know about the terminal fee and didn't have the P550 [At that time was cheaper].

Luckily I knew someone there and borrowed the dough!
