Good Morning Everyone! The time is now 3:55 and I am up and doing the laundry. Today is the official Back To School Day here in Michigan, so have to have the uniforms smelling and looking nice for the boys first day. I always leave everything till the last minute.

Anyone doing anything interesting today?

Hi everyone - Tammy Sue Kay - this is my 5yr olds first day of Kindergarden - - so very exciting and sad at the same time as he is growing up so very very fast....good luck w/ur last minute laundry -

My good news is my kids went back 2 weeks ago!!! We are now in the flow...school..homework..ball and chorus practice. Hopefully good news later in the next few weeks, I emailed VP Cheney last night about our case as the congressman and senators are getting no answer and I printed the form for the Ombudsman and will mail it certified today....so hopefully some answers!!!Ya'll have a good Tuesday!

I wish my kids started school after Labor Day. Schools here are psych....they start school in mid Augest, then they have early out days because of the heat! Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Today is the first day of my new job. I'm a bit nervous and excited all in one. I think I have that teenage feeling "what if nobody likes me!"

Hey Tammy! It's my sons first day back to school today here in Michigan too. I just took them to the bus stop and they boarded the bus and I feel a little sad but at the same time I feel relief, I get to have my days alone again with no kids which is nice but it would be even better once my husband gets here with me to enjoy our "alone" time together.

This is the first time my kids are all scattered in different schools...and one is off to college...she starts in a few days....everyone else started today. Back to carpools and last minute forgotten homework. This is the first year since my first kid that I have....no husband(divorced this year)...a job(so wont be home when they arrive)...and extra worries(wondering what they are doing at home that they shouldnt be doing )

I hope everyone has a safe and happy "first" this school year.

Check out this building! It has 12 units selling for $500,000 each! I am measuring it soon for flooring and there will be 9 of these buildings over the next 5 years. This is my largest account.

Back to school tomorrow for us. Back to work today for me. Came in and found out I was 10 minutes late to a meeting I didn't know we had. Luckily there was coffee and fruit waiting for us and we got to play "Who's Smarter Than a Fifth Grader"!

We had a thunder and lightning storm which got grandma and the dogs excited. Took about 1/2 hour for it to pass and another 20 min to get them both calmed down so we could go back to bed.
