my fiancee live in 9 different places in 5 years. what happen is the form only provides up to 6 space that i can fill out.

should i fill up all the spaces and put the rest on an attachment sheet,

or i should put all 9 different risedence on the attachment sheet, and put " see attachment " on the spaces provided?

My guess is you fill it in a separate sheet and write See attachment. In all forms they say that if there´s not enough space, people should attach papers, especially for explanations, education info, residence info and work info.

I had to add attachments to mine also, I wrote:

Please see attached "Supplement to G-325A Question #?" on the form and then titled the attachment "Supplement to G-325A Question #?" and rewrote the question then put the answers, setting it up exactly as on the form.

A bit fussy maybe but why not make it as clear and precise as possible. I also put ALL of the info on the supplement, so they could see the entire answer on one sheet rather than flipping back and forth.

5/9/06 Drove to Seattle then flew to Tampa - Yay welcome back 'home'

mid July - got married

early August - sent AOS/EAD applications

08/14/06 NOA for AOS/EAD

08/22/06 RFE - sent more financial info (most they already had, but we resent anyway)

09/09/06 - Biometrics

09/11/06 -NOA - transferred to California Service Center

10/16/06 - Approved without interview!!!!! Yay, what a birthday present! (but still no EAD!)

Oh yes you definitely need to put see attachment no matter what, if you fill up some spaces or put them all on the attachment sheet.

It's entirely up to you... Sarachild, you had a great idea! I had to use a supplemental sheet for one of the questions (can't remember which one after this much time...) and I was rather worried about it's getting lost! If it's typed on the back of the page they can't possibly misplace it...
