A quick comment about "tenure" as it relates to reality, moreover, employment.

You perform exceptionally and get promoted, or you stagnate in the "status quo".

Tenure means shite!!!!

How about....good member long time standing? It has sort of a N8tive American ring to it. It is a good name.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
