With the I130 when it asks for my intended address in the I was going to put my sister in law will be joint sponsor even though I dont intend living there. Shouldnt be a problem should it.

With the domicile question, by the time I go for visa interview my wife will be already back in the states working voluntarily at a meditation center. CAn she use this work to prove domocile, ie a letter from the organisation. Is it unusual for an application that she will be over there already and I could be going by myself maybe not living together for the first few months? could this creat any difficulties when it comes to filling out later forms and adresses asked for. Do they want to see that we will be living together straight away?

That's fine to use your sister-in-law's address. Just make sure to fill out an AR-11 as soon as you have an actual address in the states.

Yes, a letter from work would be a good way to prove that she's in the US and working, and that proves US domicile. It won't be unusual for her to be there first, but it's definitely unusual that you won't go live with her when you move there. It could create a problem when it comes to lifting conditions (assuming you've been married less than two years). If you've been married more than two years, it could create problems if you want to naturalise.

Is there a very good reason you won't be living together? If there's something that means you simply can't live together right away, make sure you have documentation of it.
