Just forget about her and move on, there are many more beautiful Woman back in the country. Believe me if you and her went to that lenth of sending her back and or if she decided to go back then to me why start over where it could lead to the same thing. Just forget her and move on that is my advise to you my friend.. :innocent:

 Gotta love Filipinas. They give foreigners those big pearly smiles....it can be embarrassing at times, never had women look at me like that before

I feel sorry for the pinay as she will no doubt be shamed BIGTIME when she gets home!

I don't feel sorry for the OP as it's easy for guys to jump back online and grab one of the many pinay that will do most anything to get to the US.

Glad it was a K1 and not a spouse visa as the pinay won't have to worry about getting an annulment.

I've seen that happen and the poor pinay was hung out to dry when she got home. No chance of annulment and no chance of getting another man unless she was very lucky and met someone who was willing to pay her way for the annulment.

Oops! Sorry I'm off topic.

My suggestion is to "try the shoe on" a bit more carefully next time.

Thank God you didn't "knock her up" naman like some jerks do.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

I was fortunate enough to have my fiancee approved on a k1 visa. She came to the states only to find us not working out. I sent her back home...yes! Now, I have real second thoughts. Is it still possible to reconsider...or must we start all over again?

Sorry to hear about that... You might want to try FWAGUY's advice, although I'm not sure if Manila consulate does such a thing. I guess you will have to file K1 for her again if you really want to give it one more try. Just like a saying goes: "Love is sweeter the second time around"

Two weeks after I first came here, my husband (then fiance) and I had our first misunderstanding. After almost 2 hours of non-speaking terms, he asked me if I want to go home. That question hit me like a knife stabbed right in my heart. I thought about all the things we had to go through, all the hardships and frustrations in getting to where we are now and most of all, all the best things that we had shared together and there's no way, not in a million years, that I will throw away everything just because of simple misunderstanding... Long distance relationship needs a lot of adjustments once couples are together for real, everyday of their lives. Give and take is the key and larger than life patience to one another. Sorry I'm kind of off-topic. I just want to share my own experience... :)
