sorry to hear that. i know life is tough during the first stage of living together (all the adjustments), thinking "this is not gona work out"... but unfortunately as they've said k1 is a one-entry only... if you really think you're meant to be then you have to be willing enough to start over and get to the process again... i really wish you luck! God bless

90 days isn't much to so its probably a lesson to try and become as comfortable as possible before filing for the visa. I hope you can work things out. I guess I was really lucky with Claudeth, she is a saint. No matter how stupid I get from time to time she is right there telling me how much she loves me.

I was fortunate enough to have my fiancee approved on a k1 visa. She came to the states only to find us not working out. I sent her back home...yes! Now, I have real second thoughts. Is it still possible to reconsider...or must we start all over again?

im sorry to hear this..

like what everybody say, K1 is a one entry..so you need to start all over again..

just a thought man :) ..before you think of the legalities (that soon), better to work out your relationship first..discuss things all over again, before you make steps on legalities. Assess, if you both really want to work out things AGAIN. Give time to REALIZE things again.

For my situation, my fiancé & I assure, if both of us are in "ONE TRACK" of this relationship.”One Track” requires a lot of adjustments & a thorough understanding. There should be a confirmation on both sides! As in confirm it by words, we just don’t rely on our actions. After we both felt that we’re on one track, then we set plans.

I wish things will work on you guys again..Remember there's a saying: "Love is sweeter the second time around".

Must say I have to disagree with that blanket statement. How difficult is it to buy her a ticket home if the relationship hits a "rough patch"? As easy as going to expedia, so I wouldn't say her being back in the RP is going to any real "lengths." In the heat of the moment, couples say things that are stupid and make rash decisions without thinking through the consequences. But, with that being said, the re-application for K1 is definitely going to "some lengths." So, the OP will need to decide if the relationship is really worth the visa journey, part deux.

Under certain circumstances you can get the consulate to re-validate a K-1 for a second entry. However, the original 90 day clock stated on the I-94 (from the first entry) remains and the marriage would have to occur by then. I am not aware how easy/difficult this re-validation process is and whether Manila would even consider this. Best to get in contact with them and ask... If they will not re-validate then as others have said a new petition is required......

YMMV

Like everyone said, K-1 is a one-way visa entry and if both of you decided that you are willing to compromise and start all over again then re-applying for a K-1 will be the next step. But both of you have to be pretty sure that you had adjusted well with your relationship and trying this for the second time will be "good" for both of you. But if there's even a hint of a "doubt" then maybe take more time to get to know each other again and knowing each other better and when both of you decided that you can be in a relationship and be married and be together for a lot longer of time (years) than you had shared together before you decided to send her back home.... then maybe it is worth a second try? Think and decide what will be good for both of you, don't hasten things up by re-applying right away... both of you have to be sure of yourselves and with your relationship. God Bless!

I'm bald, but if I were you, I'd be pulling my hair so far out of my head that the DNA would be removed. OUCH! I feel for you brother and so I'm going to send you some (((good vibrations)) in hopes that both your spirits are lifted to fight the good fight for the second round. Please, please, please, research and ask questions somewhere (ANYWHERE) before making any decisions involving your fiancée because there are restrictions on her activities here in the states for certain things.

How is your fiancée taking this ordeal?

Take care...

I felt bad about it. When I first arrived here in the US i have difficulties in adjusting with the environment and in general. But I am very thankful that my husband had been very good to me and very understanding. He always reminds me that it was both our decision to have this process so I can come here in the US.

Think a million times before giving any decision again. I wish you all the best. Don't let other people influence your decision but let yourself be the judge of your actions. We are only here to give advice but you still have a lot of choices to make.
