My fiancé just started working at his new job 3 months ago but his hourly wage when computed annually is over the poverty level as well as from his previous job. Will his employment information alone be enough for the affidavit of support (even he is still new to his job)?

I would also include a letter from his new employer.

Hi..if he could submit his 2004, 2005 and lates ITR to support his affidavit and also letter from the bank stating his balance account.

Yes he does. 2004 - 2006 is good. So i'm guessing as long as his ITR shows he's good then it should work out right?

Should be OK. Since he good for those years you may as well have him get tax transcripts from IRS.

They are more valid then ITRs. Have him call IRS to get them. Takes about seven days and it's a free service 24/7.

Phone number was 1-800 829-1040 when I got mine.

Some people recently said they had problems getting thru using that number. Google Tax transcipts IRS and see what you come up with!
