Hello All,

my fiance works illegally in italy selling posters umbrellas etc on the street, before this he was a manager of a restaurant in marrakesh. do i put none in the section for g-325a for the past years work?

When the word illegal comes up, that is a key sign for qualified legal advice.

Go get yourself some qualified legal advice. That being said, my opinion would be to be honest and list the work that was performed in perhaps a more politcially correct fashion.

For example, the profession of "garbage collector" can be properly referred to as "sanitary engineer".
