hi everyone!

i have one question hope someone could help me with this

i am a filipino citizen, me and my fiance are doing the K1 visa right now,i am currently working in thailand and waiting for our case to be processed here in bangkok, my question is if ever i would be granted the visa here in bangkok would it be possible for me to travel back to the philippines and stay there for a week and fly to the states using the fiance visa even though i got the visa here in bangkok?

hope someone could enlighten me =)

SHIAN,

The K-1 visa is for US entry and has nothing to do with travel between countries other than the US. Once it is issued, the holder has 6 months to enter, but there are no restrictions as to how you get here or from which country you fly in from (could be Thailand, PI, or any country). :thumbs:
