You don't have to buy expensive clothes to look beautiful. It's more a question of choice than a question of price, although cheap clothes tend to use cheaper materials that don't always fit well and where colors fade easily (white polyester quiuckly turn yellow). Wear clothes that makes you feel comfortable. It doesn't really matter where you shop. I would suggest HMS. Have you tried? It's great and affordable.

PS: if someone has the money but no style, then that person will still look crazy even when wearing Valentino or Armani. Just look at Paris Hilton. She has absolutely no style wearing the most expensive clothes. On the other end, Kate Moss would still look georgous wrapped in toilet paper.
