NOA 1 date?

Hya,

Well finally received my NOA 1's in the post and am just looking for confirmation of my NOA date, if anyone can help.

The letters state 'Received Date 24th July', 'Notice Date 28th August'...

This makes me an August filer right?

Ive already received my Biometrics letter which has 'Notice Date 10th August' written on it...

Baffled...

Yes, the notice date is the date that matters here. That's the date they issued your NOA and mailed it to you.

Hi Chloe, we end of July filers are a bit of an oddity because generally people receive the NOA1 before the bio letter. Like you, I only just got my NOA1 today and I had my bio appointment yesterday!

Generally people refer to the NOA1 date as the 'Notice Date 28th August' that you described. Hope I have answered your question.

Can you please tell me whether you got one NOA for both AOS and EAD or separate ones?

I have got the I-797 C NOA which has only EAD mentioned under case type.

So NOA date over here refers to the date on the NOA for AOS,,right??
