My aos and ead was received on 7/31 and like many others I am still waiting on my NOA or what seems like biometric interview. Reading through the forums I can see that I didn't send I- 693a form with my aos documents. I did send a copy of the vaccination documentation sheet that I received in London during my medical exam. I hope they will just ask for RFE. I feel stupid and slightly worried that I missed this. Can anyone reaaure me, thanks- Karen

Hi Karen,

I also only submitted the vaccination document I had from my German Panel Physician with my AOS application.

Never received an RFE by mail for it.

After reading here how many people did though, I went to a US Civil Surgeon in my area and had them transfer the data on the I-693a and took it with me to my Greencard interview and guess what - the officer asked for it. So it was good that I had it, saved me some more hassle.

So just look around for a US Civil Surgeon in your area and get it, mine was only 25 Dollars. If you receive a RFE for it you have it right there and can send it back to them immediately and if they want to see it at the interview you will not have to worry about it either.

Good luck!

We were lucky also, we never sent in an I 693, just the vaccination from St. Lukes and passed the interview. I guess it depends on the interviewer.

Thanks everyone for the positive response. I will look for a surgeon in my area and at least I will have it.

It not that you are getting away with it. it is that the CS is sending in the 693a with the initial medical.

John and Annie, I am curious as to why you are waiting so long to be approved, when others just take a few months. I am from Scotland. Our service centre for K1 was nebraska. Our aos was sent to Chicago. Did you apply for ead?
