Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are going to our interview next week and as I was confirming all our documents I have some questions:

1. Do I need to resubmit a medical examination form if it was already submitted in my husband's country when he was in the process of the K1 VISA (which was less than a year ago).

2. Do they keep photos from our proof of relationship?

Your help would be appreciated!

No. USCIS should still have the medical record from his K-1 application. In my case, I need not/didn't re-submit. I did see my K-1 medical rec/exam during the interview while the AO was going through my file.

2. Do they keep photos from our proof of relationship?

It depends on the adjudicating officer. Our AO didn't ask for copies or make copies of the photos we brought in. But he did ask about them and listen to the story behind the pictures.

Your help would be appreciated!

Good luck!

No need medical but you normally need the vaccination supplemental from a designated civil surgeon.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
