Please correct me if I'm wrong:

The total fees now required at the time of filing AOS if opting for both EAD & AP as well is as below:

AOS fees = 930 + 80 (biometric)

EAD fees = 340

AP fees = 305

Total fees = 930 + 80 + 340 + 305 = $1655.

Not to mention the fact that the EAD and AP are usually valid for 12 months only, should the need arise to extend the EAD and AP then we need to cough up another (340 + 305) = $645.

Thanks.

$1010, if you read the directions with I-485 the $1010 includes the Biometric fee as well as covers EAD and AP fees.

NOTE: Effective July 30, 2007, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131. You may file these forms concurrently. If you choose to file the I-765 and/or I-131 separately after the effective date, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485.

Also this covers renewal of those interim benefits (EAD, AP).

Wow, I can't believe how much fees have gone up since we started our fiancee petition. I got to hope that we can make it until November without another increase or will have to mortgage the house to pay for lifting conditions :P

So it would by 1010 for a K-1. What about adding one K-2 for a six year old? +600 ?
