Can my son come back to the States using the K2 VISA

Granting that my son can come with me to the STates using the K2 Visa, can he comes again the following year still using the same K2 VISA?? pls give me your ideas. Thanks

The K2 visa is issued so the child can move to the USA and live there and adjust status with the parent.... it should not be use to just vist and then leave... and it could not be used again.... if the child does not adjust status after entry and then departs the US a new visa application would be needed for the child to return as a tourist or as an immigrant....

The K-2 is just like the K-1 it is a single use visa with only 6 month's validity.

He would need an Advance Parole document in order to re-enter the US should he travel befor his adjust. of status is complete.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
