Hi Guys,

Have a good day. Need your advise for those who already finished thr interview for K3 and for those who have knowledge about this. Please share. I will highly appreciate it. Here's my questions: :help:

1. About the I-134 Affidavit of Support do they need the original copy of it? Since i have only photocopy of it. This was notarized last April 22, 2006. And we use this affidavit of support before when i applied for tourist visa, the time that we still not married, so under relationship to sponsor our entry is Friend. Do u think this will matter? or we need a new affidavit of support. Since I'm planning if they question on the old I-134, i have a copy of the I864 Affidavit of support of our CR1 application I will show them this one instead, but this one is not notarized since this was not required by NVC to be notarized. Do you this one is ok?

2. Evidence of Genuine Marriage: aside from our photo during the wedding both civil and church and our trip. Does still necessary the letter? We usually talk tru YM (voice chat and IM with video cam) we don't have any letters sent tru post office. So do i need to print our conversation in Yahoo IM instead?

Thank you and Have a great day to all of u.. ;)

1. It would be very wise to submit a current notarized I-134 with your 2006 tax return included and a recently dated letter from your employer.

2. For Yahoo, I would select Contacts, Messeage Archive, and then select your spouses user name. Copy and paste the list of all your conversations to show how often you have communicated. Then select a few conversations to print out. Copies of money transfers, joint bank accounts, phone calls, etc. would also help to prove an ongoing relationship.

Hi Ness and Keith!

Yeah, better if you can provide new documents for affidavit of support..

Include also receipts of money transfer if your sending money to your wife..

And yes, just print out your conversation in YM..

Also for more evidence, bring some things that was use to your wedding like invitation, favours/souvenirs,

wedding video, etc.. Goodluck to you guys and always keep your faith in God that everything will be done right..
