I was looking to see the estimated processing times on the USICIS website for the Nebraska center. But there is no listing for I-130 petition...

is there a reason for that??

going to be filing for my I-130 petition and I-465 at the Chicago lockbox...

OK. If you're filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently at the Chicago Lockbox then the I-130 does not get processed at Nebraska. It will either be approved at your local office at interview (or after) or it will be approved along with your I-485 at the CSC if your case gets transferred there.
