when to start filing k1 visa

by the way I'am new here and I found out that this forum is very useful espicially to those who are planning to get visa.

Guys really need all your advice regarding to "when to start filing K1 visa" to tell you the short story of ours--- I had a bf from CA we are just 3 months our comunication is just chatting,email and yahoo voice call,he call me so seldom and yet last august 2nd week finally we meet in Phil. he stay shortly for t 6 days only due to work reason he cant stay any longer and for that 6 days we are engaged and now we start doing the paper works for the K1 visa and the problem is I seek advice to my cousin which happen also that she's filing too for K1 visa she told me that 3 months realationship is not that really so strong realtionship though we meet already and she told me that we chatt is not enough we need to writea(Snail mail),then several phone calls.

Q1- is 3 months relationship has possible to be denied when we apply K1 visa now?

Q2-he just visited me once and so short for only 6 days,is still lack of evidence?

Q3-how many months should we start before filing the fiancee visa?

Q4-is my cousin has point?

guys pls help....we really love each other and just like you we want to be together now

You have to have met within the last two years, you have to prove an ongoing relationship. If you feel you can prove that then press forward

At this stage of the process, the relationship proof you need is that you met in person and a letter of intent to marry. You'll have several more months to develop and document your relationship.

Guess ull hve no prob with that.me and my fiance met in person after 4 months of chat online and all went well.jst as long as u hve complete evidence of your relationship like emails,phone records,pictures,snail mail,receipts and all necessary evidence.hope this helps....Goodluck on ur journey

I dont think it will be a problem filint has nothing to do with how long ya and ur bf have been talking online ,the most important thing is to meet in person..ya can file out after one day of meeting him in person....try to have as much as ya can of prrofs or relationships such as emails,pictures,his plane tickets,ring receipts,pics that he took with some of ur family etc and GOOD luck go ahead it wont be a problem just as i said focus on proofs or relationships....thre is love by first sight does not need a year to be true and real

opssssss guys.......thanks so much for the encouraging words,dont know how down I am when my cousin told me that it needs lot of months and then she says that if we file soon maybe its just a waste of money coz they might denied us plus she says that some needs to meet for 2 times it really bother me....really thank you so mutch!!!yep! we meet already
