i have a question.... if i can K-1 and i decide to get a student visa. would the immigration officer stop me at the airport.

in my point of view he has nothing on me becoz i cancelled it and i am truely coming as a student.

anyways whoever has any idea plz fill me in.. thank u:D

I don't know your situation, but you cannot enter on a student visa to marry and adjust status. If you finish the K-1 process, you will be able to go to school after you arrive.

A student visa may not be granted if you still have a fiancee in the US.
