So anyway, once again I will tell you only from what I went through, I had those marijuana and drinking convictions, and did not state them and we were approved. I did not lie, I just omitted them

The instructions are quite clear about omissions as well. Keep in mind that an approval based on concealment of a material fact can be grounds of revoking the approval. I suggest you seek qualified legal advice.

If you knowingly and willfully falsify or conceal a material fact or submit a false document with this Form I-129F, we will deny the Form I-129F and may deny any other immigration benefit.

In addition, you will face severe penalties provided by law and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Oh yeah - there's that too. I'm much too fired up to even have the desire to provide any smart advice here . . .

Thats amazing that you went from start to finish of the whole K1 visa process in 4 and a half months. I plan on sending my first packet out mid-September and that would be beyond amazing if my fiancee got approved early February'ish. I am anticipating her approval late April / early May.

Those two charges with the minors,, what was the outcome of the case? Was adjudication withheld?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the OP is talking about IMBRA - not visa ineligibilities due to criminal or drug use.

As far as the I-129F IMBRA instructions indicate, nothing that happened as a minor is ignored . . .

If driving drunk was a felon, then 30% of the US would be felons. Almost everyone gets at least 1 drunk driving. The first one means nothing and is very easy probation,

Excuse me?

That is VERY NOT TRUE that almost everyone gets a DWI. Only &$%#*@!* people!

I have never driven drunk - or even thought about it.

But I guess that is because I don't want to risk killing myself or any other innocent person on the rode...

How selfish!!

BTW, isn't manslaughter a felony??

The first one means nothing and is very easy probation, the second one is where it gets to be really difficult, expensive, and annoying, and the third drunk driving, you will be screwed for at least 3 years straight with probation and fines.

I was shocked to read, you think almost everyone gets in trouble for driving drunk, at least one time. I have never done it and it's VERY stupid to do. Drunk drivers kill innocent people all the time. Please, I hope you don't drink and drive still.

Its probably easier for the OP to justify his actions to himself when he thinks that "everyone does it". Peer justification.

First of all - I don't know why anyone would assume court records would not be there. I can assure you they most certainly are.

Secondly - Misrepresentation to DHS/USCIS/DOS can catch up with you at any point during the process - to the extent a greencard or citizenship can be revoked.

So good luck on that lying thing.

<snip> Do I have to really check that box? <snip>

Yes.

<snip> Even if I do check the box, I will not be able to locate the court documents regarding each individual case. The courts will not have them on file. What should I do? <snip>

There are police arrest records on file.

<snip> When sending out my first package, do I need to send in any pictures of my girlfriend (I have plenty) or a copy of every page of her passport? <snip>

Send photos of you two together and include the date/place each photo was taken. Include date stamps on either/each passport which show that you both were in the same city/country at the same time.

<snip> Do I have to list every job I have worked at in the past 5 years? <snip>

Fill out the paperwork as instructed. Add a second sheet if necessary. Because the boxes were too small, I filled them in as best I could, and attached a second sheet, typing (landscape format) all the relevant info for each question.

I am 23 years and 4 months old. I am getting ready to send out the first package. However, in 2005 I got a drunk driving and in 2002 I got into a few minor cases regarding alcohol and marijuana. All separate cases. One paraphernalia for marijuana. One minor in possession of alcohol. One minor in possession of marijuana. Do I have to really check that box? I honestly do not think 3 will show. I believe that only the drunk driving will show. Even if I do check the box, I will not be able to locate the court documents regarding each individual case. The courts will not have them on file. What should I do? ALSO.............When sending out my first package, do I need to send in any pictures of my girlfriend (I have plenty) or a copy of every page of her passport? Is does not say anywhere that I need to do that. LAST QUESTION...... Do I have to list every job I have worked at in the past 5 years? I mean, I can list the last 3 or maybe 4, but I cannot think that far back and I do not want to attach additional papers if it is more than what will fit! Thanks for the answers

Good grief! Most people do not drive drunk - nor dismiss their own drunk driving convictions so readily. You may have much a bigger problem on your hands than filling out a form.

Like I said to you

I never had a DWI

but I did have more than 3, a few more, and by a few, we will say a few more drinking and marijuana possesions than 3, and I did not submit anything, just ignored it. and I was approved. But that was my individual case only. and did not include a DWI

FYI : A drunk driving is not a felony in the state of Michigan and I highly doubt it is in Wisconsin. If driving drunk was a felon, then 30% of the US would be felons. Almost everyone gets at least 1 drunk driving. The first one means nothing and is very easy probation, the second one is where it gets to be really difficult, expensive, and annoying, and the third drunk driving, you will be screwed for at least 3 years straight with probation and fines.

"The various versions of "driving under the influence" generally constitute a misdemeanor (punishable by up to one year in jail) . However, the offense may be elevated to a felony (punishable by a longer term in state prison) if the incident caused serious injury (felony DUI), death (vehicular manslaughter or vehicular homicide), or extensive property damage (a state specified dollar amount) or if the defendant has a designated number of prior DUI convictions within a given time period (commonly, 3 prior convictions within 7 years). California, which is being followed by a growing number of states, now charges second-degree murder where the legal state of mind of malice exists -- that is, where the defendant exhibited a reckless indifference to the lives of others [7]."
