I will begin my k1 process very soon. But first, i would like to ask some questions.

I am 20, self employed and have been for the last year. I have no filed any taxes on any of this income i received yet since it would be for next year anyway...and i have never filed taxes previously because I have not worked enough.

However, i make a LOT of money with my business, and im wondering if I will be able to show them my last years bank account deposits as proof of financial support. Will they still require some tax forms.

What exactly is and how do i get a "report of commercial rating concern"?

And, if i need a co sponser, this form confuses me. Question 3 of form http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf says "affidaivt excecuted on behalf of..." Does this mean my co-sponser should fill that out on behalf of ME or on behalf of my fiance.

----------

Second question. I have a few digital pictures of my journey to poland when we met this summer. Maybe only 3-5 of us both in the picture. Is this acceptable as proof of meeting and having an ongoing relationship in the last 2 years? There are no dates on the picture....im not sure how else to proove it. Otherwise all i have is my passport stamped and dated.

Does a picture of us kissing consider a "ongoing relationship", other than email and skype chats?

Thanks for all help.

OH, forgot one thing.

At what point in the process is it safe for me to leave my mailing address without worry of more forms coming? I believe after the second notice of action, there is no more input required from me after i mail the packet to my fiance...is this correct?

The reason i ask is, because once this process is started and going , i want to go back to europe to with my fiance for a few months until she gets her visa.

Possible? At what point of the process?

The I-134 would be executed on behalf of the non-USC fiance, since the co-sponsor will be completing the form to prove that he/she can meet the minimum requirements in order to support your fiance.

Proof of having met within the last two years is given through primary evidence such as boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipts, etc. Photos are taken as secondary evidence and cannot solely be used to prove the two-year requirement.

Proof of having an ongoing relationship can be collected for the interview at your fiance's embassy - for now it's not necessary to send that type of evidence to USCIS with your I-129F petition.

You won't be receiving any further mail about your I-129F petition after the NVC mails you a letter stating that the petition has been forwarded to the appropriate consulate. The letter is simply a notification letter and doesn't usually require a response.

do you have any letters, emails, phone records proving ongoing relationship?

Another quick questions.

"Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $ [PUT IN CORRECT FEE].

- I-129F

- I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person [ONLY IF USED ADDITIONAL SHEET]

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate/US Passport (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

- Proof of ongoing relationship [if including]

"

Since i dont have access to my birth certificate right now, i can use my passport instead? Do i need to mail my actual passport or just photo copy every page? If so, this passport will count as proof of being a citizen and proof of meeting in last 2 years, with stamps right?

On the form 129f it asks for my birth cirtificate number. Will my form get rejected if i leave it blank and only include a copy of my passport?

For for G-325A - there are 4 pages. The pack says :

7. G-325A (all four pages) filled out by the US Citizen signed and dated (see example)

8. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

9. G-325A (all four pages) filled out by the foreign fiance(e) signed and dated (see example)

Am i supposed to fill it out with the same info on all 4 pages for myself, then the same info on 4 more pages for my fiance? So 8 pages total?

Copy every page of your passport. Copy an extra page with the stamps on and organize that with the additional evidence of meeting.

No your form wont get rejected if all you include is a copy of your passport.

If you fill it out electronically with Adobe Acrobat, it will automatically copy all information to all of the pages. Then all you have to do is sign each page after printing it off.

Leave it blank unless your fiance actually has an A number from a previous US immigration process.

So, you are saying leave BOTH the file number and alien registration number. I dont have either of those.

Just double checking.

And i still have yet to learn about this "report of commercial rating concern". It says i will need 2 of the 4 options for supporting evidence for the affidavit of support. I am self employed so I cant do my last 3 pay stubs, I have no bonds, I can easily provide my banking info, and that only leaves this report of commercial rating concern left. If someone can clarify how do get this part and what is acceptable, ill appreciate it.
