Packet 3 for Egypt

After 2 months of trying to get the packet 3 from the consulate in Egypt, we have decided to just get all the paperwork together on the list and send it all in- no more waiting. We have contacted the consulate and they have replyed that the paperwork has been processed and the packet sent out (2 month ago) and were supposed to send another by DHL (1 month ago) and we have not heard anything since despite emails and phone calls..... So... here's my questions....

Does anyone have information on the Medical Exam for Egypt? Locations in Cairo or Alexandria? Which forms does he need? Does he need his case number or something similar for this?

Everything else is available online somewhere exept this. Please Help!! :(

I could ask my husband about medical exam locations when I get home but you may want to ask this question in the MENA forum for a faster response. Oh and yes, they have locations in Alex and Cairo. My husband went to a doctor in Alex for his exam.
