Also what's the difference between CR1 and IR1?

You can find James' shortcuts in the first post of the NVC forum. Make sure to go to pages 1, 10 & 11.

CR1 is a conditional visa for couples who have been married less than 2 years, the beneficiary will get a conditional green card for 2 years and will have to remove conditions before it expires to get the 10 year green card. IR1 is for couples who've been married more than 2 years, the beneficiary gets the 10 year green card automatically.

The actual visa is just §201(b ) spouse (actually, the visa is just the approved I-130 petition and approved immigrant visa application with supporting documents in the sealed envelope)

The CR-1 and IR-1 relate to the class of permanent resident status obtained upon entry or adjustment of status. They aren't separate visas and it doesn't matter if the marriage is 2 years or less at the time your visa is issued. Rather, if you are married less than two years at the time of admission (U.S. entry), status obtained is the conditional CR-1. Otherwise, it is unconditional IR-1 (the same status you would be changed to after sucessfully removing the CR-1 conditions with Form I-751).
