Affidavit of Discrepancy on Place of Birth

Got a problem here, I just got my passport today and they just found out that I've been using a different place of birth other than on my BC, the thing is I didn't bother to look at it before cause my mom gave birth in a city limit hospital, all my life I've thought my place of birth is where I grew up but not , today before releasing my passport they need an Affidavit of Discrepancy on Place of Birth, I know that I need to revise my NBI before interview, I don't know if this is a ground to be on AR ....

Any suggestions on what I need to do? Is the Affidavit of Discrepancy enough to show at the interview cause I think I wrote different place on the 129F petition also......

i think you wont have any problem in the I129F if you wrote a different address. coz you'll be leaving the PI also if you got approve. but someone correct me if wrong abuot this. good luck

I mean to say that I didn't follow my BC's place of birth, I wrote different place of birth which until today I thought was my place of birth, I did the same on the 129F petition...hope the Affidavit I'm talking about is enough to show at the Consul and wont be a ground of AR
