Hi I just wanna know if you are already ready with the documents? Are all those in folders already and ready to go> hehehhe. I'm still busy arranging the docs. I just received the docs that my fiance sent me visa usps (dont trust usps!) and had to personally get it from the main philpost, grrrr. I just wanna know if I'm the only 1 not yet prepared with the proper arrangment of docs as of today?

well there isnt any "proper arrangement" but it pays of to be organize or at least which docs should be together to make it easier... i got this idea from the old asawa forum b4 from DIWATA (her nickname)

first they will ask the app.letter so place that in a clear folder so you could see, then join all the DS-form in another folder, the 3rd folder are your BC, NBI, Cenomar since the filipino officer will first ask that from you, the rest could be on a clear book if you want... just my ideas.

We're almost done with organizing the papers. We had an incident almost similar as yours. They postal service where my SO lives aren't funded well enough. So, the documents sat at their office until they got someone to deliver it...Anyways...

Thanks ronmay for the pics on how you organized your papers! Seeing how others organized their documents definitely help!

Ann's Interview isn't until the 13th. But when she was in Manila for her Medical, she went to the Mall of Asia, and bought a big organizer album.

She's carefully sorted all of her papers, evidence, pictures, NBI, Cenomar, Birth Cert, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, Affidavit of Support, etc.. into separate portions of this organizer, so she can quickly flip to whatever they ask for and produce it.

But everyday, she still asks me, "Ok, tell me again, what do I need to have?"

On #11, he checked "I intend" and explained on the blanks provided.

hi dj! my docs arrangement arent ready yet and so do i hehehe.. i was "busy" with other stuff and didnt notice time flies fast... uh oh less than a week to go before the interview... hahaha im feeling lazy.. let us know how u did arrange your docs. i got 5 color coded folder for the docs and a small photo album for the pics. or should i stick some pic in a bond paper and put it together in the folder? I got different colors of clearbooks. I followed ronmay's style of arranging. I am not done yet. I will need to have photos developed and paste them in papers and put everything in 1 thin clearbook. I think by Sunday or Monday, I'll be done with these.
