well thats gona the last time im posting something here by the way....when i first came here ..i came trying to get info ....i did not care from who...the story was true ...i did not have to give a biography ..the matter for me was to get help ..and i thank who have helped me and still sending me PM...i have called a guy whose Morrocan married in Virginia ..it was cool and he offered his help ....there are other things i dont have to say all ...a question and answer me yes/no thats ur choice noone is forcing ya to answer me..you can ignore me thats fine ..dont pay me a mind thats fine ..but dont poke ur nose into personal stuff PLEASEEEEEEEEEE i'd apperciate it and seems some ppl dont care even though i kept repeating myself ....im not seeking anything ...because my girl is already having issues ..she lived in Spain for over 5 years now...taxxes issues ...her dad is Spanish...i have a problem with court here so things are still dificcult for us .....and she doesnt care abt all the information i may get ...her idea was always retaining a lawyer if necesary ....right now she is playing cards with my bro in Living room and again ....WE ARE OVER ALL THE CONCLUSIONS future has been already planned ahead .....we know each other for long ..she knows family ..family knows her ....we are over those things folks ....i repeat she knows everything and i know everything about her ...we have planned out things ...wedding will be 15 Oct...we re not filing out anything now we will wait for at least one year as my Morrocan friend said ..after baby will be in the world too....after wedding we re planning to stay here for a few months then we are moviing to Sevilla (Spain)...then we will se what to do .....i have shared some of the plan here since thats gona be the last time im posting something here ....speaking abt judging no one can judge something with no previous knowledge and people come here seeking informations thats it ..not Dr Phill show ....so ya either help or not ...but seems curiousity kills a cat ...thanks to all have sent me PM and everything they have said ...thanks to all in general....best wishes for all ...i hope you would wish me happiness too and luck...eventually everyone is accountable with their deeds...only me and my fiance would take the rap of our decisions and choices .THANKS!!!!

I'm sure your new fiancee is lovely, and wasn't it fortuitous that you realized your destiny with her only after schmoozing up your ex one more time five months ago? But when one well runs dry, there's always another, and a baby is bound to cement the deal. That's unconditional love, mm-hmm. Who needs conditions when you finally find someone who has everything you want?

As many have said, nobody would poke their nose into your business if you didn't lay it out there. Real name, real date of the canceled interview (I have yet to understand why you were so specific about that date in your very first post unless you just wanted to flaunt it), real picture (before you replaced it with another couple). Surely you knew your ex had an account here. Did you really think nobody would recognize the facts? And do you think the consulate will forget certain things after a year?

Oh, and never put anything on paper, even in Arabic, if you want it to remain a secret.

he prolly doesnt have a new fiance, hes prolly just trying to see what he can do bc hes in the process of FINDING a poor soul. hes scoping out to see if pregnancy will be his ticket to Green Card, and if not, he will surely try to find another way. its pathetic what some ppl will do to get a US greencard. And this person should be banned from ever entering the US. We have enough "use and abuse" within the system of ppl who are already here.

You might want to consider filing for him after you have visited him a few times. Establish a relationship with him, with proof, lots of pictures, phone records, emails and chats. Even with all of that there are no guarantees. Good luck to you.

well i have visited once and i have lots of pics and my plane tickets and emails...no chats no phone records because mostly we talk on the internet on Skype program.....i 'll make another trip and im planning to file out after that probably November but before i wanna add that i have wrote the Consulate and they did not say any negative they just told me i need to contact USCIS so i 'll contact them im gona call sometime by this week...our love and relationship is pure and real and true as i said before they really need to be fair enough with us and Thanks

If you call with skype to phone you can see the calls under the account section but honestly, I think you are in trouble in this one. You will most likely end up with a 221 because of this. i would invest in an attorney before filing. I would never file without an attorney

Morocco is a tough consulate to get through. Lots of guys looking for American women to use as papers to get to the U.S., so the consulate is extra suspicious.

If your guy had a petition filed for him earlier this year, even though he didn't go to the interview, and you don't yet know whether the case has been formally closed or whether his ex is still trying to keep it alive, you will likely have a more difficult time convincing the consulate that this guy who had another fiancee eight months ago is not trying to use you for an immigration benefit.

Check out the MENA forum; the girls there have seen just about everything and they may have some advice for you. In any case, make sure you document the relationship well on both of your visits.

Thanks for what ya had to say Caladan its greately apperciated..i just wanna add something else ,before i fill out im planning to ask the Consulate in Morocco first ,which i did and their reply was,they could not assist me because i need to contact USCIS so im keeping this email and he'll have it hopefully for his interview and he is a talkative person he defends in what he belives so he'll give them a rough time lol he is a tought nut to crack....well i'll contact USCIS too before i leave for my next trip and i'll see what they would say i'll call this week ,he still have the email he sent the consulate to have them cancel his interview and all they just said thanks for the informations and we will cancel ur stuff .
