I only had one shot for the MMR i had that in the UK, I have also had my Varicella shot but require a second shot off that in two months time.

Can i still get my Vaccination Supplement done?

Can i still send off my paperwork and send in proof of 2nd MMR and 2nd Varicella??

Speedy response would be appreciated as i have my appoint in just over half and hour at the Civil Surgeon's office.

Thankyou

Liam

All of your vaccinations must be verified by the Civil Surgeon. You can choose to cancel the appointment until the vaccs are done, or choose to get them done at the Civil Surgeon's office.

Ok back from the Civil surgeons office!!!!

Basically i asked about the MMR vaccination, I was told that i would of already had a shot of the MMR when

i was in (Kindergarten) which i think is the equivalent to either nursery or infants school. So the answer to

that question is if you have had a recent MMR you will of most likely had a previous shot when you were a

child so the latest shot counts as the two.

However, there was something else that cropped up which i feel i should share!

I was asked if i have had the Tetanus shot in the last 10 years, of course i could not remember and the

chances are if i don't remember the answer is probably NO. I was told i could not get the Vaccination

Supplement done until i had that shot. I could of waited and got it done at my Doctor's for which i have

Insurance and it would of cost me $15.00 but for i just wanted the thing done so it cost me $75.00 for the

Vaccination Supplement and an additional $42.00 for the Tetanus shot. I tell you why do you not find out

about these thing's when you are in the UK where i could of got it done free.Liam

Oh i also have another quick question!!!!!!!!

I will not be having my second shot for the Vericella Vaccination for another 2 months now, i am still ok to send off my paper work for the AOS ? I have a completed Vaccination form

Thanks Liam

Yip, send it off. The 2nd shot is only for your own health benefit. Once the Supplement is completed and signed by the civil surgeon, that's all USCIS requires.

I got a 2nd varicella shot too, but my AOS and supplement was sent off before I got this.

So, do you mean that they just assume that all people had a MMR shot at a very young age, and you did not have to show proof for that?

That's interesting.....I have all my vaccination records from birth up to now, and I had never had a mumps shot until last year :D
