Finding a co-sponsor is only part of the solution.

Let's say your fiance(e) is approved the VISA and he/she comes to US, then you have only 90 days to get married and what if YOU the petitioner is NOT 18 years old yet, can you marry in your state ?

Thanks for the replys and sorry for placing this in the wrong place.

SOit is ok and should'nt be a problem. Instead of her filling in her details on the form we just fill in a co-sponcer?

Is one enough or do we need two?

You won't need any more than one co-sponsor, as long as he/she meets the minimum requirements for the I-134.
