Well its been 112 days for me now and I have called CSC several times atleast 4 times. Two times they told me that they were working on the end of april and maybe it will be a couple of weeks till my case is assighned. The other two times i get we are currently working on feb. for 129f. Why cant they just let us know what they are actually working on? 112 days is starting to get to me as of right now. I hope that my approval is soon. I wonder if the people there actually realize what they are doing to people. Do they really even care. Feeling disappointed today i guess.

Your guess is as good as mine at this point. Once I was told name checks because my fiances first name is Mohammed the next time I called after that I was told that my case was with an officer but hadnt been touched yet. So who knows. One lady told me maybe the officer that had my case was out on vacation....I wondered if this was the case...if that is true and the officer took lets say a month off for vacation or due to illness does your file just sit there dormant on their desk???Ive had enough hibernation I need the sun dangit!!!!

Chasnik, have you enlisted congressional assistance? You are outside of the porcessing dates.

The worst thing is that you can never get a straight answer! They're all full of sh*t.

Yes they have sent a congressional inquiry 2 x's. This last time we have not gotten an answer from yet, but the first one basically read thank you for your inquiry. The case is being processed you will be notified when we make a decision....I have gotten so many answers I do not know what to think.

What is there to be processed out of a k1 application for eight months? It's either they find a problem and send out a RFE or they send you your G%#^@ D@^^N NOA2. One officer is sitting on your application for so, long for what?

Are you sure you didn't complete your aplication in Chinese... just kidding. That's a mighty long time to wait. I don't know what they do when processing applications. But they sure are processing the hell out of this one. Will it be readable when it gets to NVC? keep faith my friend i will be praying fore you. Hope you get an answer soon.
