It takes *at least* sixty days; maybe you will be the lucky one, but I'd say another 2 wks or so before you hear anything.

11-07-2005 AP approved

12-07-2005 Attempt at interim EAD at San Francisco office -- no go. Back to San Jose, where CSO (chief station officer) tells they will contact MSC via email to request permission to issue interim EAD

12-08-2005 Biometrics for AOS and EAD. Having no EAD appt letter was no problem (used EAD NOA)

I had a December NOA, my EAD was approved 31st March and received April 6th. However I did have an RFE delay so yours might well come sooner.

Regarding the 'touch' after the biometrics, I think this is fairly standard and might not mean much!

I was wondering the same thing...the NOA says between 30-60 days to approve...we finally

got biometrics appt for 20apr...which will be 65 days from NOA for AP...I wonder if we can

take our letter with us and get the AP? We were planning a trip to the Dominican Republic for

the first week in May..we thought was pretty safe given I had not seen almost any AP take

more than the 60 days..and this was like 85 days out...hmm...

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has recieved there EAD's (AOS) from Missouri with reciept notices of Feb ?

Leroy

Got my biometrics appt (May2) yesterday in the mail. My receipt notice was dated Feb 14 so hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer. Incidentally, the USCIS website is still reporting no action and I have received no e-mails.

You won't see any updates online until after biometrics. This is standard.
