When should I start being worried? K1 filed, looks like it hasn't even been touched.

So I packed up everything for my fiance Sayaka and my K1 visa. Things were shipped out in April to Nebraska if I recall and then it was turned around and shipped to California from there. It was said to be received May 31st of this year. I was in Japan for a month, but I had my parents checking my mail for me while I was away and nothing showed up in the mail. Our check was cashed and our receipt number was on the back. I used the receipt number to check our status, and nothing has happened since May 31st. I see some people are starting to get NAO2's, but our case doesn't even look like it's been touched. We were ridiculously thorough with everything, and included many pictures, copies of plane tickets and other evidence that we do in fact have a relationship and have maintained one for more than 3 years.

At what point should I be concerned and contacting USCIS. I did this one time before, and the only thing they could tell me was the same thing I saw on the website.

Many people see no change online until their NOA2. I wouldn't worry.

The most recent NOA2s that CSC has issued have been on April and early-mid May NOA1s. See here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=1154226 (Post #187). The latest NOA1 issue date to get an NOA2 is 5/24/07.

You have an NOA1 date of May 31? So you can expect yours within a week or two, in all likelihood.

Don't worry Our case wasn't touch till NOA-2 and actually NOA-2 was the one touch in our case Good luck!

Thanks everyone for your kind words and helpful advice. I'm new to the site and after having a chance to look around, it doesn't look like I have anything to worry about.

We´re almost in the same situation, our NOA1 was issued on June 1st, and our last "touch" was on june 6th, since then... nothing

It seems that in two-three weeks "maybe" may fillers could receive our NOA2.... hope so
