K3s are still going through Vancouver. CR1/IR1s only go through Montreal. :)

To add to what Len said, I believe the Vancouver consulate serves all of the provinces west of and including Manitoba.

K3s are interviewed in Vancouver too. What province is your spouse in? If they are in the western provinces (not sure where the cut-off is... is it MB or ON?), then they will automatically interview in Vancouver which is a MUCH MUCH shorter wait time. :)

My spouse is in Alberta her I-130 has already gone to Montreal. Her I-129 is enroute to the NVC and my wife called her asking where it would go from there and they told her that all K3 visa's go through Montreal.

Your spouse *should* be interviewing in Vancouver. If the NVC does makes a mistake by sending it to Montreal (they shouldn't) that can easily be cleared up by contacting both Montreal and Vancouver but for now, just wait until she receives Packet 3 to see who it's from.

BTW, if your I-129F was approved by CSC, it may take a couple weeks before it reaches the NVC. CSC takes awhile before they send approved petitions to NVC.
