I miss dancing with my husband to Dohori videos on TV or going to Dohori clubs where he would request 'our song'

I miss lazy mornings drinking masala chiyaa and eating donuts, reading the news and cuddling

I miss him holding my hand when we would cross the crazy KTM streets, knowing I was safe with him

I miss him saying 'don't say sorry, I am your husband' when I would say sorry

I miss riding in taxis and telling the driver to turn up the music and shaking our booties when a good song would come on

I miss going to beautiful places like Nagarkot and Sundarijal, going hiking and him kissing me when nobody was looking

I miss hanging out with my SILs, going shopping for girlie things at KTM Mall or Chabahil

I miss the chaos of KTM - NYC is boring by comparison

I miss eating with G and us feeding each other

I miss Bhaktapur dahi, chili yak cheese momos and Nepali bananas and mangos

I miss waking up with G next to me

I miss my FIL doing puja and giving us all tika and sprikling us with Gangajal before we would go someplace

I miss my MIL hugging me whenever I would walk in the door

I miss hearing crows and mynahs outside the window

I miss G eating lots of bananas, saying it's 'diet for night';)

I miss hearing his voice without the delay effect, tons of static, and it costing $$

I miss going to the Gemini grocery store where everybody knew us

I miss my husband...
