Just a suggestion.

When acquiring documents get at LEAST 3 Original Certified copies of the documents that apply to your case.

Have beneficiary put a set of each in 2 different safe places. Preferably one in a fire proof safe or safe deposit box.

If beneficiary only has one set and it should be lost, gets wet or burns right before the interview!

Need I say more?

Fed EX may not be fast enough!

Obviously make photo copies of EVERYTHING and Petitoner should have a set of originals also.

Yeah! I may be bit paranoid but also a ex fireman.

Pain in the butte doing the above but:

You can rebuild a house but may not be able to reacquire important papers.

At least maybe not in time for the interviews.

Then its' back again to the "Hurry up and wait" club.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
