I remember our neighbor in the Philippines... before the family used to eat with their hands, after buying lotto everyday, his family is now using spoons when eating... coz they can't eat CONGEE or "lugaw" with their hands. :lol:

Not just self control...your assets could be frozen, as an example if you were tied up with IRS. I suppose if you take one lump sum and you break into several different Swiss Bank accounts, then you're pretty safe. Just keep the account numbers from any family members.
