Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to say that CSC is not sending out any information as far as touches or even approvals of applications for the K-1 visa. Why is this? I received my NOA1 on May 24, 2007 and the last time it was touched was May 30,2007 when someone put it in a stack or on a shelf somewhere. I've been tracking a majority of the V.J members that have the similar timeline as myself and their not getting touches or approvals either. Maybe I'm being a little impatient but it's been over 3 months. How hard is it to look at paperwork of two people that are and is very obviously in love but can't do anything but wait and wonder when someone is going to get off break and do some work. I read recently that all the service centers were going digital and updating their systems to be more customer friendly by making the process more streamline. Looks to me like a steamroller instead of streamlined. SLOW!!! I know Rome wasn't built in a day nor was Adam granted Eve on the first day. Just looking for a little support and encouragement to give to my finacee when she cries. Any May filers or filers thereafter feel free to voice your frustrations.

There is no doubt this process is inefficient to say the least. And we are helpless to do anything to make it better. We can call, we can complain, we can contact our congress people, but I don't think any of that would help :(. We just have to be strong and have faith that our turn is coming. You'll get your NOA2 before you know it :) Thank God for VJ! At least we know we aren't the only ones feeling this way.

Touches are not really that important. We didn't have any touch after our NOA1 was issued and then (3 months later) we got our approval.

Hang in there! You'll get your approval any time soon! :)

Good luck!

If I may add, I did a little scan of recent approvals, most are approved after the 120 day mark, so if you are in over 120 days, your approval is very near. Also, don't pay any attention to my touches, most or all are due to calls. Good luck!! :D
