I'm about done filling out this DS 156 form. On #32 it asks, "Do you intend to work in the U.S?" I intend to work someday when I'm already eligible and have work permit. So would it be ok if I check yes and just put "No employer yet"? What dya think and what did you answer?

07/21/2008: AP "Approval Notice Sent" & EAD "Card Production Ordered" via CRIS Email

07/25/2008: 2 copies of AP approval form received in snail mail, dated 7/21/08

07/28/2008: EAD Card arrives in mail; CRIS email sent I765 (EAD) "Approval Notice Sent"

11/25/2008: Received Appt. Letter dated 11/18/2008 (Appt. is 1/13/09)

01/13/2009: AOS Interview approved

Your answer should be......YES, with work authorization, Employer unknown.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

NO was my answer so does if i study in the US... just to be safe since my intention is to get married (some forum advice back then)... although its ok to say yes either way. nothing wrong with that... but now that i have my GC im working at my hubby's business :blush:

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared
